“Whenever I turn on my laptop, the screen stays black. This has been happening every time for the past 2 weeks. I then have to manually shut it down from the power button a couple of times in order for the computer to work and the screen to work. Why??”

• Bump this. I have had my laptop for only about 3 months and it does this. I don't think a motherboard would give out in that short amount of time, right?

• Could be the motherboard giving out. I spent $200 getting it replaced on an older version.
