• Yes I remember the sales guy saying that but he said that it a person would do that they would be better off with another one they had in their inventory cause it wasn’t that much more in price. But to answer ur question yes.

• Unfortuantely, the RAM is "surface mounted" (meaning it's soldered directly to the motherboard) and can't be upgraded.
