• Thank you for the question. The Envy 14-fa0023dx has onboard RAM, not upgradeable. For 32GB, see the Envy 14-FC0033DX.

• You can build an 8840HS / 32GB version on the HP website. You can also add an OLED, upgrade the SSD to 4x PCI-E channels, and upgrade the wireless card to WiFi 7. I just placed an order for this exact config.
