Can I upgrade the ram to 16 gb after I buy it? null

Thank you for the question. The RAM in the Envy 14-es1013dx is onboard and not upgradeable.

There's always so much disagreement on this that I searched out the answer myself. The vast majority of results say that the RAM is soldered to the mobo and therefore can't be upgraded. This includes two YouTube videos of someone opening the unit and showing the solderered RAM. Only one source said it could, so it's possible that was the original intent.
