• I think you are confusing WiFi connectivity, which any computing device (tablet, PC, smartphone) will have, and which is used to connect to hot spots, with cellular connectivity, which only smartphones will always have. For a tablet or PC, you need one that has a physical or electronic SIM card, and these are usually only native to business and gaming PCs. This specific unit doesn't have this.
