“I will be using this primarily for SketchUp, AutoCad, and photo/video editing. How is the performance running such heavy softwares/programs. How are the graphics? It does not look llike it's 4K. Should I be concerned for videoa nd photo editing purposes?”

• I have used Photoshop, Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Elements on this setup. No complaints about processing power or access.

• If you are wanting to edit and manage your content strictly in 4k, then it might be an issue to consider. But if you are planning on managing your content just in full HD, then it is not a problem at all! The processing power, memory, and storage capacities are all ideal for those programs otherwise!
