• you have to open the whole top where you replace the ink and pull out the paper thats jammed. there are two gray clips behind the ink. you might have to pinch them together to release the stuck paper. they are a little tricky to hook back up.. just take youre time..

• Turn it off, open the paper cover and clear the jam. This usually happens when you close the paper feed cover and forget to open it before trying to print something. The paper backs up but is fairly simple to clear.
