- Answer You have two options for connecting your printer to your laptop. You can use WiFi Direct, which is a local network connection from the printer to yout computer. It is easy to set up in the initial setup of your printer. Alternatively, you can purchase a USB printer cable (A to B, male to male) which is available from Best Buy.

- Answer Sometimes with Windows Updates, accessories and devices will have initial issues. It might be worth trying again to reinstall drivers for the printer on your computer, as it may be working now. The newest generation of printer models (including the Envy 5055 will always be the first to receive crucial driver updates when a new operating system update makes them wonky, and they will also release for other supported models (including your Envy 5660) as soon as updates to the drivers can be made.
