• My printer doesn’t work at all since no one from HP will help me determine why it won’t connect to the internet or produce a internal report for an IP address so I can figure it out myself

• Hello. Thanks for your question. You can leave the printer all of the time. This allows the printer to do its regular maintenance. The power button is on the backside of the printer by the power cord.
