“I have the HP ENVY 6055 printer and at first it connected to my wifi and it was working just fine. Although after a few minutes, the wireless has been turned off. I turned it off and tried to connect it again but it no longer shows the purple light.”

• As long as the wireless router has stayed on, the printer should stay connected. You'll want to contact the HP support team so they can troubleshoot the issue.

• There is a hidden button in the back of the printer ( ref, printer's manual) - push it.
