“I PURCHASED THIS PRINTER, BUT IT SAYS HP Smart can’t be installed on “Macintosh HD” because OS X version 10.12 or later is required. DOES THIS MEAN ITS NOT CAPATABLE WITH WITH MAC BOOK AIR A1466? OR DO I NEED TO UPDATE TO ANOTHER VERSION. NOT TECH SAAVY”

• Unless the OS is upgraded to at least 10.12, the computer is not going to be compatible. Once the OS is upgraded, the Smart app should work just fine.
