• Thank you for your question about this HP printer and its compatibility with Windows 7. Service Pack 1 was part of a free Windows 7 update while Microsoft supported it. Since Microsoft stopped support for Windows 7 , Service Pack 1 is no longer available. You can partner up with a Best Buy associate to shop for a new computer that has Windows 11, which is the latest version, is supported by Microsoft, and will work with any HP printer, including this one!
