Just got one of these and because of my computer at work I have it connected by USB. It has been frustrating to use as seems to work fine, then a little later it doesn't print at all. Sometimes I unplug it and works some times not. Suggestions? null

I am having the same problem and I have it on wifi. This printer is horrible. The worst product that I have ever purchased. It keeps turning off and then I have to start the print all over again. There are no instructions at all.
