Hello and thank you for asking. The HP Envy 6555e printer needs to be on the same network as the device sending a print job to the printer. If you have three Wi-Fi bands (2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz) on your router, they are on the same overall network and all devices will be able to see the printer. However, if each network is totally separate, that is, a device cannot see any devices on the other two networks, then the printer can only be seen by devices on the same network.
