I agree that it’s a poor design. Push the button straight back, firmly, and release it. In a moment the LED light on the button should come on or go off to indicate success. (It’s difficult to push the button far enough back to engage the switch, but it doesn’t need to be held in other than momentarily.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Continues to be a problem. Only works when you push it a "certain" way. Even Geek Squad had a difficult time getting it to work. Partial solution is longer finger nail. It should not have to work this way. Disappointed.
