Hi Susie, thank you for the question. The Envy TE01-3244 Desktop is not presented with an optical drive (DVD/CD). Yes, you can use multiple monitors. Note that there is one VGA connector and one HDMI, however, you can use an adapter to achieve the connection that matches your monitors.
