Nothing in the motherboard or chipset information shows that it has a TPM 2.0 chip, so the answer is no. It does not.

It looks to me that it needs 1.2 or 2.0 and the ENVY is listed as ready for windows 11. This is what I found and I will go with it. I also don't have the answer I would like. and hope it all works out.
