“The specs say 2 memory sticks are included. When the Geeks set it up copying my old hard drive, no mem sticks were in the box? Where is the Win 10 install backup info I would need if it crashes? What is on those 2 mem sticks?”

Thanks for your question! There are two RAM memory sticks installed to the PC on this HP Envy Desktop. That would be what the specifications are referring to. As far as what was in the box we recommend contacting the Geek Squad that set up your PC for help with that answer.
