It will run fortnite however you will need to crank the graphics down. I did it on my Pentium gold desktop similar to this and it ran however with that desktop it was hard to see anything as it was so low.

Yea 1080p low-medium settings. Forget about installing a graphics card as the included power supply is barely enough to power the system as is and will be difficult to upgrade since it's proprietary meaning you can't use any off the shelf power supply.

I have run Fortnite on it with no issues, you will obviously not want to use the highest graphics settings possibly, as it doesn’t perform well. If you want to run the game with the highest level settings, your gonna want to add a better GFX card.
