Most people find the computer (specifically the fans) quiet, but given your condition, it's impossible to say if _you'll_ find it quiet. The computer only ships with 16 gigabytes of RAM. However, the Geek Squad at your local Best Buy could upgrade the RAM for you. It does not have a dedicated graphics card-the graphics system is integrated into the motherboard. The computer can be used wirelessly. It doesn't include headphones/mic, but you can certainly use ones that either connect through one of the computer's USB ports or the headphone jack on the computer.
