Thank you for the feedback. Optical drives (CD/DVD drives) have been eliminated from laptop and desktop designs in favor of lighter and more effective components, and a decline in want for these features. Increasingly, consumers acquire content from streaming and downloading. We can highly recommend connecting an external drive via USB, and these optical drives have become very affordable.
