Apologies for what you're experiencing. Have you installed ink cartridges? Is this the first time you've printed, or did you print previously without issues? Run a Diagnostic Test:- Print a "Print Quality Report" from the printer's control panel:- Go to Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report. If it's an ink or cartridge issue, please remove the ink cartridges and be sure the packaging tape has been removed. Be careful not to touch the metal contacts on the cartridge. Reinstall the cartridges and be sure they are properly seated in the slot. Use the HP Smart App or printer software on your PC to check ink levels. If these fixes don't properly address the problem, please reach out to HP Support to assist you.
