HP: Read your own HP Community! Google this! The power cycle and cartridge, jam, other basic troubleshooting does NOT work for ANY users! HP acknowledges this! The touchscreen is inoperable, “blue screen of death”! Nor will HP App provide a fix. Geek Squad says we cannot fix a hardware issue and they will not contact HP on my behalf for a fix!, they say bring it in and we will partially credit you to upsell to a new model! HP tech supervisor “Reborn” promised to call me back at 9 AM this morning but did not. HP: YOU BROKE IT, YOU FIX IT!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Neither HP nor GeekSquad will help. They say “it is a hardware error that cannot be fixed.” How is this possible that HP broke my printer and I have to settle for a coupon to upsell to a new one? HP escalation never called me as promised.
