• Hello. Thanks for your question. Yes, you can scan legal size documents through the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) on top of this HP Envy Inspire 7955e printer.

• Nope. Scan surface Is too small for legal. You’ll need a medium format all in one for that. The Epson medium format printer is good for that. Or get a Fujitsu Scan Snap scanner. Those are awesome
