Can this print 8 x 10 photos null

Yes, it will print any size up to 8 1/2 x 11".

Only when it wants to. You can tell it what you want, but it will tell you that you can't. I was trying to print a 4x6 and it kept telling me that my choice was too big for a 4x6. It printed on a 8x10 and when I cut it from the sheet, it was a 4x6 print. It would have fit on a 4x6 and still left a bit of blank paper on a 4x6 sheet.
