Yes. The $9.99 plan is good for 300 pages per month. You can roll over up to another 300 pages.

To the best of my knowledge, there is NO roll back of any unused paper. I think that it is use-it-or-loose-it. In any case, for me, it is a very good deal because I do not have to run to the store to buy ink.
