• The number of copies is usually controlled with the software program. If you are using Word, Excel, etc you change the number of copies with those programs.

• If you're talking about multiple copies of an existing document, when you go to copy you can specify the number of copies you want to make. If you're talking about printing a document that's on your computer, when the print dialog box opens, there will be an option for the number of copies.
