A:AnswerMy older HP laptops have had no issues connecting via Wi-fi. I'm happy with all aspects of the printer so far, though I've been disappointed with HP ink cartridge printers in the past -- usually when it comes time to print a novel for line-by-line editing and I have to replace the cartridges immediately afterward. It's not that much black ink. Hello!
A:AnswerThere are multiple ways to complete setup depending on the device you want to connect and how you want to use it. The easiest way is through the HP Smart app which can be found in most digital stores. If for any reason you have trouble, you can contact HP Support or use Geek Squad services. If you choose to use Geek Squad, they do offer in store and at home setup.
