- Answer This one does not have a dedicated photo tray. The HP Envy 7155 and 7855 have a dedicated photo tray.

QuestionThis new printer is using 1GB per day of my internet data which is limited as I live in the mountains and have to use a Verizon mifi. I’d like to use the router for wireless to use in the house, but NO internet for remote usage with apps. How do I do this

QuestionThe printer has started printing in green in lieu of black. Changed the cartridges to a fresh ones and its still printing green where it should be black. Cleaning heads doesn't do anything. Yet to find a proper fix - anyone?

QuestionHP Envy Pro 6455 I put envelope in the top loader it came out the front blank followed by a full sheet. I repeated this process and it literally disappeared into the printer. No jam printer still works. Question what the process to print envelope?

QuestionMy old HP printer used HP 56/57 ink. It never smudged on photo paper. The HP 67 ink SMEARS on photo paper. Does any of your ink not smear on photo paper? Can I use a different cartridge in this printer? This new ink is a disappointment.

QuestionCan you use 4x6 and 5x7 photo paper, The 5540 just quit on me and I always had problems printing photos, Sometimes they would print, but mostly not. Of course, when I called HP support, it worked,but after I got off the phone it did not. Ugh!
