• I had to go to the store manager and ask them for this....I had to show him the ad.....apparently it was a misprint and should not have included the software I am told, but when I showed him the ad, he gave me both of the software packages....a $150 value!

• You will probably have to buy them yourself if you want them. HP says they don't provide third party software and Best Buy says it is up to HP to provide.
