Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar issue couple of weeks back and I almost thought about returning the laptop. Looks like it is a windows software update issue. I recommend making sure you check your notifications. Hardware is alright...once you have the software update this issue should go away. I actually love this laptop. Strongly recommend it. Great value for the price. Hope it helps.
