The machine is looking for DDR3200 CL22 SODIMMS. I upgraded to 16GB using Silicon Power 8GB sticks off Amazon with those specifications.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I upgraded the RAM with BB Part# 6511519 (x2) yesterday. It appears to be working fine and when rendering a 720P video, I did not go past 35%. I had tried last week to upgrade the RAM with BB Part # 6519625 (x2). Which caused the laptop to do absolutely nothing, so either its too much or they were both broken. Whatever you do don't listen the HP rep as can be seen on my question, where they state you cant use SODIMM in their laptop.
