“in this laptop it said that it has auto brightness.but when I turn on it from settings then brightness level is always 40,not change when lighting changes..why does it happen?”

I would try going into Settings & adjust the brightness. It may also be on Battery Saving mode.

Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options, then click on "Change plan settings" next to your active power plan. Click on "Change advanced power settings."
