Yes you are affected and your firmware update will not be available from HP until Feb 9th...make sure you have model info as well as cpu info https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05869091 and then search for "HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-bp1xx, 15t-bp100, 15m-bp1xx" If you want to go to Intel to verify, use the link below then download, unzip, and run the Intel-SA-00086 detection tool - I have same machine and it said I was vulnerable...and will be that way for 3 more weeks! Thx Intel and HP for the "quick" fix to a significant vulnerability... https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000025619/software.html and if you have a machine that is over 5 years old...be very careful...this patch has been known to slow down older machines and cause multiple reboots...
