Thank you for the question. Are you using external speakers, or the onboard, internal speakers? Please see instructions on setting default speakers and testing audio here: https://support.hp.com/us--en/topic/audio. If adjusting the settings does not help, please contact HP Tech Support at 800-474-6836.
