“I first started looking at this laptop just before Christmas it was listing for $999 and on sale for $849. I watched it change to $899 and then it returned to $999. I get all that. I'm scratching my head that it is now $1099. Reg price was ALWAYS $999.”

Me again adding to my original question. It is now on sale for $100 off at $899! Site states "was $999". No it wasn't!! It has been $1099 like I stated in my question in the beginning. I just don't understand the recent pricing. Just all over the place.

That is how I was able to post my question that you apparently misunderstood. My issue is not with the sale prices ending. The REGULAR price was always listed as $999. My expectation is that when a sale is over, the item returns to regular pricing. I am not complaining that I missed the deals. I am confused why BB would RAISE the regular price to $1099!!
