QuestionIs it worth upgrading to an SSD or something else and how much does that cost? Does this run photo editing, movies, games, auto CAD, Office, and art programs smoothly? Does it crash?

- Answer I am very happy with my laptop.., I bought an SSD evo ssd drive and the speed is awesome.. all programs start fast, run fast you will see a difference.. the cost is around $300 for the drive.. im pretty computer savvy, so I installed myself and transferred image to new ssd.. IF YOU are unsure on how to do this, have them do it for you.. You will need the right tools to take apart.. as far as programs running smoothly, they do, I did not buy this for gaming , but i use this with MS office, adobe products IL, PS, AC, DW .. I would not buy this for a true hard core gamer...tho im sure it would run fine, but you would want a laptop that is made for gaming for better speed and graphics

- Answer I just saw your question and recalled that BB will match a lower price within the 15 day return period. So I looked the computer up on their website and there was a link to the Price Match Guarantee posted directly above the listing for this computer. Called the 1-888-BEST-BUY number and a very nice lady verified the information and said that I would be receiving a credit for that amount plus tax. Whole process took five minutes.

- Answer Yes, it has a built in webcam. It has excellent clarity and it comes with a program to make the necessary adjustments you might like. I use it on Skype, video conferencing and other webcam based programs.

- Answer Yes. I can't address whether it plays Call of Duty like games well, but I play Asphalt 8, Star Wars, Mario, Tomb Raider and various boardgames; which the HP Envy handles quite well. Picture quality is awesome, there is no lag time or latency and it's quite fast.

- Answer yes - m.2 slot is there...that's the first thing I did was install a Samsung 960 256GB and use that in place of the provided 1TB physical HD.
