“Is it worth upgrading to an SSD or something else and how much does that cost? Does this run photo editing, movies, games, auto CAD, Office, and art programs smoothly? Does it crash?”

I am very happy with my laptop.., I bought an SSD evo ssd drive and the speed is awesome.. all programs start fast, run fast you will see a difference.. the cost is around $300 for the drive.. im pretty computer savvy, so I installed myself and transferred image to new ssd.. IF YOU are unsure on how to do this, have them do it for you.. You will need the right tools to take apart.. as far as programs running smoothly, they do, I did not buy this for gaming , but i use this with MS office, adobe products IL, PS, AC, DW .. I would not buy this for a true hard core gamer...tho im sure it would run fine, but you would want a laptop that is made for gaming for better speed and graphics
