Screen ProblemsSeptember 16, 2017
First off I would give this product 0 stars if it was available. Got this laptop, used it for 5 days, and one day went to turn it on, logged on, and the screen was black, the mouse would move around the screen but the screen was black. Went back to return it and got a new one, that I've now had for 2 whole days and has the exact same problem as the previous one. After having the black screen up for about 15 minutes the screen finally turned on... once. If you want to try to use your laptop at any time make sure you open it and sign in at least 15 minutes prior to whatever you plan on doing, don't plan on quickly turning it on and looking at anything. A brand new laptop shouldn't have this problem, I've had a MacBook Pro since 2013 and it has never had this problem...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
