“I'm seeing poor reviews on this laptop but I like the specs that it is has. The model below this one which is i5 and 12GB seems to get better reviews. I'm torn between which of the two models to choose from. How can I decide?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No issues here at all. Must be people here getting lemons somehow or doing things to cause PC issues. Not sure why this PC is so "hit or miss". I love mine... I have had it over a week and it's completely updated and works great.

Please try again later.I just bought one and took it back for a touchpad hardware issue (mouse constantly wanting to hang out in the upper left corner), keeps homing back here. Get the new one Friday (3 days), hoping for normal. we'll see. love the laptop, just hope it all works ok.
