• It comes with Windows Hello which worked for a while, until the computer updated itself and then it said "Windows Hello is not compatible with this device" Of course Best Buy being what they are refused to help or fix it, nothing new there. So if you do not allow itself to update then yes it will work. There is a fix posted on the HP forums but it is very technical and involves editing the registry and other scary stuff. I stuck with just typing a password.
