The computer currently has 16 gigabytes of RAM in two 8 gigabyte modules, so to upgrade the RAM you'd need to remove the RAM that's in the computer and replace it with higher capacity RAM. You'll need to get one or two DDR4-3200 UDIMM modules. You can get either 16 or 32 gigabyte modules, depending on how much you want to increase the RAM.
