QuestionDoes HP refurbished laptop(GCRF-17-e020dx) come with a battery? "What's included" does not mention a battery but it does mention a power cord only.

- Answer the battery comes standard with the original computer, it would be illegal for best buy to sell it without one.

QuestionCan the OS be downgraded to Windows 7?I HATE Windows 8, it confuses the heck out of me, and would prefer to put Windows 7 on here. I know nothing about computers, though... Would it be possible to downgrade to Windows 7?

- Answer My laptop had a small (but deep) scratch on the lid. Some people might not be able to live with it, but its fine for me. Everything else looks and feels brand new
