I called Instant Ink at 855 785 2777 and was able to cancel my subscription.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can cancel it on the HP connected dashboard on www.HPInstantInk.com do note that you will need to buy ink for the printer as the ink which HP sends you is only for use on Instant Ink plans and would be deactivated after a time. This is to prevent someone from signing up for the service at $2.99 and getting a full set of ink and cancelling. I would also be sure to compare what you have paid to the cost of the ink cartridges and the yield for your printer. You would be replacing the ink more often than on the Instant Ink plan as the cartridges for Instant Ink are physically larger and full of ink so that HP would not have to send you ink all the time. Also check and make sure you are on the right plan based on your print usage. The 50 page plan is only $36 a year, 100 page is $60 and 300 page is $120. You are able to cancel or change plans at anytime. In the future should you want to try Instant Ink again, you can easily sign up through the same site used to cancel.
