“The caps lock and num lock keys are suppose to light up right? Caps lock and num lock keys are not lighting up when I press them. If it is suppose to then I guess I have to return them.”

Yes, the caps lock and num lock keys should light up when they are activated. If they are not doing so, it could be due to a defect, and we recommend you return the product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The keys do not light up, most likely this is a power savings measure. You can set up on-screen display indicators, but there is nothing on the keyboard itself as far as LED lights or back-lighting on any of the keys.
