Flip it over horizontally. There will be a horizontal little bar at the top. take your fingers and push toward you while pushing forward with your thumbs at the bottom of the kb.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, underneath the keyboard, toward the back or head, there is an outline of what appears to be a section and/or compartment. It is here that you have to try to 'push' the compartment cover forward toward you if you hold it in way with the face of the keyboard facing down and the space bar close to you. This keyboard uses 2 AA batteries.
