Will this printer connect to a lightening port? null

Not directly. You could use something like a dock that the printer would be connected to and then use the USB-C connection on the docking station to connect to the lightning port.

What is a "lightening" port? I know what a "lightning" port is, but a lightening port seems like it would reduce the weight of the printer.
