It means that if you sign up for the HP+ program, you can also sign up for HP's Instant Ink program. You'll select about how many pages you'll print each month, and after the first six months, you'll be charged a monthly fee based on the number of pages you selected. When the printer gets low on toner, it will let up know and we'll ship you replacement toner at no additional cost.
