• Ye, it comes with full sized cartridges. Surprised me a little when I got mine, was expecting only partial cartridges.

• Yes. The printer does come with it's first set of introductory cartridges. After that, there are 414 standard cartridges and 414X high yield cartridges available. Order replacement cartridges in advance.
