Thank you for the question. Yes. But if you intend to avail yourself of the HP+ offers, you'll need an HP account, and the printer must be kept online so that HP can ping it to check ink levels. The HP account is so that they know where to send the ink, and for how many pages of toner/ink you've enrolled.
